I’m going to work with a small group of runners who are tired of constantly backing off, dealing with pain, and never really trusting their bodies on runs.
Because being “careful” all the time doesn’t actually make you stronger.
And feeling good for 3 runs before everything flares up again means absolutely nothing if you can’t train with confidence.
Together, we’ll close the gap between where your body is right now and what it actually needs to handle running well.
First, we’ll figure out what’s causing the pain or fragility so you stop guessing and start training with a real plan.
Next, we’ll build the strength, stability, and movement quality that help your body handle running better instead of breaking down from it.
Then, we’ll progress your running so you can get stronger, run further, and feel more confident without constantly wondering if the next session is going to set you back.
And that’s just the first 30 days.
To make sure your first month is a win, we’ll tighten up the weak links, rebuild your base, make the plan fit your current body instead of forcing you into one that doesn’t, and coach you weekly so momentum doesn’t disappear the second life gets busy.
And because June is fully focused on progress: The first 3 accepted will get a live movement audit where we break down exactly what’s limiting your running right now and what needs to change first.

I first started training when I tore my ACL 6 years ago.
And after rehab I fell victim to aesthetic training and this came with a lot of problems. I still felt fragile.
After getting shin splints, calf tightness, and multiple types of knee pain, I realized that running without pain doesn't come from looking strong. It comes from building a functional body and understanding every signal it gives me. I knew I couldn’t experience that if I kept training the way I did.
So that’s why I train the way I do now, and ever since I’ve been able to do things I never thought possible.
I feel more capable than ever and now my mission is to help others feel the same.
